- Site Admin
- Working days: 5 days
- Location: Ubi
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the construction trade
- Prepare the daily attendance records of staffs and workers.
- Approve time sheet on AMS system.
- Update staffs and workers movement (medical leave, annual leave, home leave, on course, etc.).
- Update organization chart.
- Update contact lists.
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare the minutes.
- In charge of all paper works preparations and issuance to relevant internal and external parties, such as material requisition form, purchase order etc.
- Arrange documents submissions to consultants prepare and keep all transmittal forms for proper record.
- In-charge of PQP and ISO filing system compilation, keep all records in order regularly.
- Submit Delivery Order with project stamp and QC stamp to HQ by weekly basis.
