Responsibilities
Prepare the daily attendance records of staffs and workers.
Approve time sheet on AMS system.
Update staffs and workers movement (medical leave, annual leave, home leave, on course, etc.).
Update organization chart.
Update contact lists.
Take minutes during meetings and prepare the minutes.
In charge of all paper works preparations and issuance to relevant internal and external parties, such as material requisition form, purchase order etc.
Arrange documents submissions to consultants prepare and keep all transmittal forms for proper record.
In-charge of PQP and ISO filing system compilation, keep all records in order regularly.
Submit Delivery Order with project stamp and QC stamp to HQ by weekly basis.
