The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations at the site office and providing support to ensure smooth site activities which include but are not limited to
Manage site office stationery, office supplies, consumables, and equipment maintenance.
Provide administrative support and document control.
Record daily site attendance and submit information to the HR Department.
Handle employee site pass applications and arrange employees for relevant medical check-ups.
Organize, coordinate, and maintain records of site in-house training sessions.
Liaise with the Logistics Department for transportation and delivery requirements.
Assist and support Site Managers with ad-hoc requests.
Prepare documentation and training records for internal and external audits.
Maintain proper records of PPE issuance and manage re-ordering when necessary.
Perform miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
Possess relevant certification(s) for the above role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in a related administrative or site-based role.
