  • Responsible for administrative works
  • Assist in Human Resource (HR) matters
  • Support & follow Up on Project site team issue and feedback
  • Day to Day Documentations
  • Update all admin lists (e.g Staffs and workers\xe2\x80\x99 phone, course and work pass expiry)
  • Provide support to HQ for corporate secretary case
  • Update manpower movement constantly
  • Translation of Documents
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the superior
Job Requirements:- Minimum Diploma or equivalent on HR & Business Admin. Minimum 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of relevant working experience Positive working attitude Able to work independent as well as a good team player Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information Able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment Excellent administration and communication skills. Preferred start work immediate.
