Read, execute and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team
Read and interpret prints and drawings
Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers
Plan and deliver toolbox talks
Implement and enforce safety, health and environmental rules and regulations and practices among workers
Maintain project production records on equipment, materials and staffing
Control material wastes, down time, rework and wait time
Conduct inspection of building works and documented inspection records upon verified by RE/RTO
Coordinate with RE/RTO and Subcontractors on project matters
Implementation of project operation to comply with ISO 9001; 14001; OHSAS 18001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, authorities\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time
Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
Manage all workers on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations
Provide regular feedback on staff and team performance
Coach and guide workers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month Work Location: In person
