Responsibilities:

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Responsible for general on site technical and engineering matters
Liaise with Sub-Contractors & Consultants, Client and other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
maintaining quality control procedures
Overall projects planning, schedulling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
Ensuring & assessing site safety to minimizing risk
Other adhoc assigned

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Secondary School or above qualifications such as Diploma, Advance Diploma in Engineer / Building
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Electrical Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
Will be based at Tuas Site
