Site Coordinator
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working location: Seletar North Line Singapore (Punggol MRT)
Working hours: 8am to 5pm
(most likely will OT depending whether have oncoming shipments - will need to be willing to work and answer calls after working hours as this position must be on standby to resolve any issues for mother vessels coming in)
Responsibilities:
Main job to assist the Operation Manager in all site matters, thus, around 70% of time will be outdoor work at our aggregates and sands stockpile or nearby aggregate port terminal. Will only have some of time station in container office to do paperwork.
- Assist to issue delivery order at site office
- Assist to manage simple proper documentation for the daily delivery at site
- Coordinate orders requested by customer and assigned truckts to customer location
- Maintain cleanliness of the office
- Any other adhoc task as assigned by site supervisor
- Diploma education in related fields or at least 2 years of experience in on-site coordination work.
