We are seeking a responsible and hands-on

Site Coordinator

to manage and oversee daily site operations. The role involves supervising construction workers, coordinating with subcontractors and authorities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

day-to-day site operations

and supervise construction workers. Liaise with

owners, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

, and attend regular site meetings. Manage projects by

supervising and coordinating all site activities

. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned project works. Conduct

close monitoring of construction activities

to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion. Assist in resolving technical/site issues and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Job Requirements

Diploma/ITE Certificate in Building, Construction, Civil, or related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience

in construction or interior renovation projects. Strong knowledge of

site safety, building processes, and coordination work

. Good communication and leadership skills to supervise site teams effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with

BCA, HDB, and local construction regulations

will be an advantage.
