Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients on all site matters.
Attend site meetings with the main contractor and other stakeholders.
Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety and project requirements.
Plan and arrange manpower, materials, and equipment for site activities.
Report site progress, issues, and updates to the office and Project Manager.
Assist in scheduling, inspections, and resolving site-related problems.
Ensure all site works are carried out safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant site coordination experience in the construction industry.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple site activities.
