We're Hiring - Site Coordinator / Site Supervisor (Landed Property Projects)


Location: Singapore | Industry: Design & Build (Landed Homes)


TCA Design & Build is looking for a dedicated, experienced individual to join our growing team on-site. If you've worked on construction sites for landed properties in Singapore and have a solid eye for both structure and interior fit-out, this could be your next role.


What You'll Be Doing:


Overseeing day-to-day site operations for high-end landed home construction Monitoring and reporting workers' experience and quality in structural works, interior design finishes, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers Providing regular updates on site progress and flagging technical issues early
What We're Looking For:


Experience in landed residential construction projects Good working knowledge of concrete, structural detailing, and finishing works Familiar with MEP coordination and sequence of works on-site Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the design and management team Responsible, reliable, and quality-driven mindset
