Job Summary

Responsible for supporting DT end users, local business applications and infrastructures. Point of contact for business on escalated issues and requests. Collaborate with Collins Collins DT teams and 3rd party vendors to meet Service Level Agreement for all DT Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and internal customers to provide quality services, ensuring business application and infrastructure needs are effectively supported.
• Supports, maintains, and troubleshoots the network computer and telecommunication systems, related peripheral devices and local area networks.
• Assist in the planning, installation and maintenance of local network systems and components.
• Remains up-to-date with the latest network computer systems, operating systems, innovations and industry best practices.
• Ensure proper functioning of information systems and timely resolution of end user computing issues to meet service level agreement.
• Support end users on application issues and drive the most efficient and effective utilization of applications to support the business objectives.
• Supports business in the selection, implementation and maintenance of application and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure IT application and infrastructure controls are in compliance with RTX policies and SOX requirements.
• Develop/maintain documentation, access control and change control process for the applications to meet compliance requirements.
• Support the execution of infrastructure controls to meet compliance requirements
• Lead and support business unit\xe2\x80\x99s projects to ensure business requirements and milestones are met in alignment with corporate DT
• Collaborate with RTX / Collins Aerospace DT organization to leverage IT systems and resources to effectively support and deliver solutions.
• Assist/backup the duties of other site DT Leads.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Should have 8+ years of experience
