Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating and supervision of construction progress
- Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim
- Other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Co-ordinate and correspond with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants
- Maintain and monitor quality controls.
- Conduct daily field inspections of all work under construction.
- Ensure workers maintain a clean and safe construction site at all times.
- Prepare job closing inspection reports for completed construction.
- Establish inventory control methods and procedures
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
