We are looking for a committed Site Engineer with a degree in the field.
Candidate should have at least one year experience and able to perform according to the work scope listed.
Do note the responsibilites requirement of a civil site engineer, who should be able to oversees the technical aspects of construction projects, from the initial planning stages to completion Be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards . Some of the key responsibilities of a civil site engineer include:
- Managing daily activities on site : Before a construction project officially begins, site engineers first create a plan that specifies the required tasks that their crew are to complete. Once work starts, they ensure that the team completes these tasks on time 1 .
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards : Site engineers have an important responsibility in ensuring a safe environment for their crew to work in. Should perform regular inspections on work performances, machineries/ equipments and provide safety training for crew members. They also check that everyone is wearing the appropriate protective gear for the work they\xe2\x80\x99re doing, including helmets, high-visibility vests, work boots, and eye-protection equipment
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects : Site engineers are responsible for providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. They work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards .
Do note that you will be required to work over-time from time to time too.
