Job Description
:
Report to the Project Manager and is responsible to work with the project team to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope. Manage and oversee project activities on site, documentation, and subcontractor matters. Develop project schedule and work breakdown structures in accordance with contract requirement for timely project delivery. Project coordination with stakeholders to drive execution of project activities for delivery by completion date. Coordinate for timely submission of material and drawings for approval accordance to schedule. Responsible to coordinate the performance of integrated tests leading to successful users' acceptance tests.
Requirement:
Degree/ Diploma in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Proven track records in Green field construction industry (Main Contractor M&E or M&E subcontractor), or equivalent experience. Proficient in Project Management, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, IT Networking would be added advantage. Able to perform work independently and as team player.
