Roles & Responsibilities Qualification: 1. Must have at least degree in Civil Engineering or equal. 2. Must at least have 5 years experience in Construction, A&A and renovation. 3. Must have knowledge in construction procedures, quality and safety requirements. 4. Must have BCSS. (CSCPM is an advantage). 5. Must be proficient in MS office especially word, excel and power point. 6. Can do 2D drafting in CAD (3D is an advantage) 7. Knowledge in scheduling programs like MS projects and Primavera P6. 8. Have knowledge in Risk management. 9. Experience in doing Quantity surveying is an advantage.
Responsibility: deployment will be both at Site or in Head Office
Site Responsibility: 1. Responsible to liaise with client, RTO, Suppliers, deliveries, subcontractor and workforce regarding the current job scope. 2. Responsible to generate MS&RA together with the RM team. 3. Responsible to apply Permit to Work to clients (PTW). 4. Responsible to conduct internal quality checks on the job scope. 5. Responsible to conduct safety checks on the workers for both HSSE and SMM. 6. Will become the worksite SMO/SDO and implement SMM. 7. Must have resolve and coordinate conflicts at site from drawing to implementation. 8. Must able to manage worksite with minimum supervision.
Office Responsibility: 1. Will do QS works for ordering, costing and tenders. 2. Will do drafting for shop drawings or as-built drawings. 3. Sourcing of materials, vendors and 3rd party trades. 4. Manage worksite paper works and file keeping.
Ad-hoc responsibility will be discussed upon site requirements
