McConnell Dowell is looking to hire a Site Engineer (M&E) for one of our major civil infrastructure projects in Singapore.

About the Role

• Coordinate with the SWC (System Wide Contractors) for the construction works on site.
• Ensure the effective Engineering, Planning, Quality, Survey, Cost Control, and Scheduling functions for the project.
• Adherence to all requirements of the McConnell Dowell Project Execution Plan.
• Compliance with Safety and Environmental Responsibilities.
• Assisting Senior Project Engineer and Construction Manager with daily site activities.
• Monitoring/reporting site progress (direct employees and subcontract works).
• Formulation of procedures for construction activities.
• Interact with client personnel, and professionally represent McConnell Dowell.
• Attendance and contribution to prestart, internal, HSE, and client meetings.
• Adherence to all relevant legislation at work.
• Promotion of MCD Core Values and Safety Culture.

About You

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant on-site in M&E works.
• Experience coordinating with the SWC (System Wide Contractors)
• Preferably with local experience and knowledge in the civil infrastructure field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about McConnell Dowell\xe2\x80\x99s values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, working together, and performance excellence.
