JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Oversee and manage plumbing and sanitary works for the project. Prepare and review method statements, technical submissions, and work procedures. Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed on time and according to plan. Handle cost estimation, material take-off, and technical evaluation. Prepare design and construction drawings. Coordinate with Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers. Attend site meetings and inspections. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent. BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary or M&E projects. Able to read and understand construction drawings. Good knowledge of PUB, BCA, and NEA regulations. Strong teamwork, initiative, and hands-on site supervision ability. Excellent communication skills across all levels.
