Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
Investigating the properties of materials
Involved in coordination and supervision of construction site works
Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure
Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition
Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers.
Liaise effectively with clients, and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objections
Requirements:
Diploma or bachlor Degree or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years of HDB/residence experiences as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in the construction industry of Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
Autodesk AutoCAD
Revit / 3DS Max
Able to work on Night if required
* Able to do multitask working and independent working
