Preparing documents associated with construction and project management;
Coordinating client, trade and consultant site visits and meetings;
Prepare accurate documentation of client and applicant information.
Maintaining safety postings, safety meeting minutes and safety log sheets;
Manage various projects and ensure completion within deadline by attending to every detail of assigned projects and
Other duties consistent with the position as reasonably determined by the person to whom you provide assistance.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing in English. Bilingualism is an asset;
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills;
Office administration experience;
* Experience in a construction environment is an asset. R&R and A&A project.
