Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Assist the Project Manager in project planning, technical/engineering matters, authority submissions and site matters.


2. Supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to operating procedures, quality standards, contractual specifications and safety compliances.


3. Prepare and submit shop drawings, material/MOS, assist in monthly progress claims, and progress reports.


4. Handle engineering/technical issues, prepare progress reports, and maintain up-to-date records.


5. Oversee daily site activities, progress and schedules, ensuring compliance with master and detailed work programmes.


6. Coordination with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, and users to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth project execution.





Requirements:


1. Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


2. Minimum 2 years of site experience in local construction firm


3. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.


4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
