Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing project progress to meet deadlines and budget targets.
Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications accurately on-site.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure construction works meet design intent and technical requirements.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards, workmanship quality, and contractual specifications.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
Support in resolving technical issues, discrepancies, and non-conformities during construction.
Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with workplace safety and health regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Candidates with 3 years up of site experience are preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and specifications.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation tools.
Knowledge of BIM or digital construction tools will be an advantage.
