Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to the Construction Manager
- To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site
- Lead site teams (up to 25 persons)
- Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, etc.
- Establish good relationship with all relevant partie
- Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
- Ensure Site required documents are in good order
- Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Preferably Experience on LTA and PUB projects.
- Basic Experience in dealing with local Authorities / Stakeholders
- Problem Solving Mentality
- Strong Skills in work preparation, scheduling and supervision
- Prepared to work day or night shifts - 6 days / week
- Positive personality and good team player.
- Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
