Come and join OTIS today and be part of the Forbes 2023 World\'s Best Employers!Join the Otis family where collaboration, innovation, and empowerment help each individual and the company reach new heights.About YouYou will be responsible to supervise the installation of Otis elevators, escalators and dumbwaiters for assigned projects from commencement to completion including handover to Service team.Key ResponsibilitiesSafetyEnsure Otis Safety Requirement work compliance (OSS) pertaining to work activities are being adhered toQualityImplement and maintain all ISO 9000 proceduresRegular check on installation with the reference to Otis\xe2\x80\x99 quality guidelines Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for works related to lift/ escalator installationArrange for lift electrical power testingCheck the installation to be in line with the construction drawing, local regulation compliance, and technical specificationsSupervision of all installation worksAscertain the actual location of building and study details of the lifts/lift hoist -ways/escalatorsLiaises with main contractor and client on delivery and storage of equipment and materialsEnsures the site structural dimensions correspond with the shop drawingsConducts regular site inspections on quality and safety issuesMonitors progress of construction and plan schedule for installationSupervise all sub-contractors work at site and ensure sub-contractors fulfil their work scope in a timely manner without defectsPeople ManagementSupervise and monitor the discipline, morale and performance of subcontractor and installation teamRequirementDiploma or Degree in related Engineering disciplineMin. 5 years of relevant experience as an Installation SupervisorPrior supervisory experiences to manage a team of installers, testers and subcontractorsStrong technical knowledge of installation of elevators and escalators productsKnowledge of ISO proceduresExcellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsTeam player and results-orientedIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
