Job Description
:Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end rollout and implementation of projects, ensuring high-quality technical support during integration and troubleshooting phases.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during operator special events, overseeing performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage past experiences and best practices to enhance operational processes and improve service delivery.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications project management and site engineering.
- Strong understanding of network integration, troubleshooting, and managing rollout.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
