DESCRIPTION
Salary up to $3000
Working Days: Mon to Sat, 9am to 6pm
Location: Woodlands
JOB SCOPE
- Project managamenet involving M&E Sanitary & Plumbing
- Documentation of method statement and work procedures
- Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled
- Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing
- Preparation of design construction drawings
- Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers
- Manpower arrangement
- Attend site meetings and inspection
- Any other business related matters assigned by the Management/Head Office
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field
