to support the Project Manager in supervising and managing site activities. This role involves leading technical teams, conducting structural inspections, coordinating testing works, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Project Manager in overall site supervision and daily operations.
Lead technical teams in executing structural inspections, testing, and investigative works either on-site or in the laboratory.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate the technical and managerial aspects of site projects.
Conduct on-site inspections and testing in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
Report work progress and project milestones to the Project Manager and/or Technical Director.
Provide technical support to clients and ensure timely submission of test reports.
Maintain high standards of site safety and housekeeping at all times.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Technical Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of concrete and structural elements
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
* Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred
