As the Site Exit Programme Associate, you will assist the Site Exit Programme Lead/Manager in managing the site exit activities for the various functional workstreams, focusing mainly on:

  • Design and implement culture programmes and site exit communications strategy with change management principles to ensure business transparency and projects updates communications
  • Develop and implement Capability building framework and roadmap for exit employees for transition into their next career phase
Responsibilities:
  • Work with site Communications specialist to design and implement site exit communications strategy with change management principles to ensure business transparency and projects updates communications with employees
  • Engage employees through organsation and management of site activities, engagement and teambuilding events to ensure alignment ith Quality Road vision strategy of purpose with passion, PowerUp for future and Pride in our legacy
  • Lead, develop and implement culture programmes in alignment with new GSK culture to ensure high staff morale and staff continues to be motivated, engergised, and engaged.
  • Partner with site leadership teams, human resource and learning and development to provide overall coordination and support on capability building programmes for employees to allow for seamless transition into their next career phase
  • Liaison and management of external service providers engaged to support communications and capability building programmes
  • Support programme lead / manager in coordination and engagement of the various workstreams (HR, Productions, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, EHS, IT) teams to ensure completion of key deliverables for site exit
  • Development of new and timely internal (and as required external) communications and event materials including videos, slide packs, to support Quality Road site exit vision
  • Monitor effectiveness of internal (and/or external) communications activities
Key Performance Indicators
  • Improved awareness among employees of site exit strategy and alignment to the site objectives
  • Engagement score in GSK survey
  • Quality of organisation and execution of events / culture programmes which can be gauged in terms of the nature of feedback received
  • Feedback from employees on company’s effort to assist in their transition
  • Successful transition of a number of Quality Road employees to other GSK sites
  • Successful collaboration activities with external service providers
  • Timely completion of key deliverables
  • Quality and effectiveness of the material to address target audience which can be gauged in terms of the nature of feedback received.
  • Quantitative information to gauge the effectiveness of the flow of communications.

  • Inputs into site exit communications strategy

  • Standards for communication materials (videos, slide decks etc.)

Requirements:
  • Good Degree in related studies with 1-3 years relevant experience in communications/ events management / project management in a MNC environment
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of communications channels, publication and short video production & editing process
  • Understanding of working with internal and external stakeholders and service providers
  • Knowledge on change management and project management
  • Excellent written, communications and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge on pharmaceutical manufacturing and interactions of business units within pharmaceutical manufacturing site
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to be able to relate to all levels of staff.
  • Excellent coordination, teamwork and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Able to take initiative and display resourcefulness at work.
  • Leadership skills to facilitate and drive discussions to fruition
  • Ability to conceptualise and communicate ideas
