Position: Site Supervisor

Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order
Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers
Assist in preparing built-up tender pricing during tender stage
Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project with project documents.
Assist in preparation of project budget for management\xe2\x80\x99s approval upon project award
Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices.
Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
