Site Foreman / Site Supervisor

, you will work closely with the Project Manager (PM) to manage site operations and coordinate with sub-contractors and workers on all general construction activities -- including formwork, concrete casting, rebar installation, and reinforcement works. You will play a vital role in ensuring that site activities meet quality, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications; brief subcontractors and workers accordingly. Supervise and guide site workers on tasks such as lean concrete preparation, formwork, and rebar installation. Manage inspections and supervise concrete casting works for basement slabs, walls, and columns. Ensure proper site housekeeping and compliance with safety protocols for all on-site activities. Assist with manpower and resource planning, deployment, and daily tracking of man-hours. Coordinate the timely delivery and availability of materials, equipment, and resources. Prepare and submit daily allocation and progress reports. Receive, inspect, and order site materials as needed. Enforce adherence to safety regulations and best practices across the site.
Qualifications and Education Requirements


Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction or relevant projects in Singapore. Proven experience managing site operations and supervising sub-contractors. * Familiarity with technical drawings, construction specifications, and site execution details.
