We are hiring an

HR Assistant

to support daily HR operations, manpower coordination, and administrative duties in a fast-paced and bilingual working environment.


???? | Key Responsibilities

??????????????????WP / SP / EP ??? ??????????????????? ????????????????????? ???????????????HR????? ????????????????????????? ??????????????????????? ?????????????? Handle staff onboarding, offboarding, and work pass applications (WP/SP/EP). Coordinate worker training, medical check-ups, accommodation, and travel logistics. Maintain HR records, employment contracts, insurance, and visa documentation. Assist in payroll preparation, allowance tracking, and attendance reports. Liaise with Project Managers and HR Manager for manpower deployment. Perform

multiple HR and admin tasks simultaneously

with accuracy and efficiency. Support other general administrative duties as assigned.

Bilingual in Chinese and English is a MANDATORY requirement

- must be able to communicate, read, and write fluently in both languages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience (preferably in construction); fresh graduates are welcome. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with attention to detail.
Familiarity with MOM processes or foreign worker management will be an advantage.
