Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for manage and governance a suite of corporation infrastructure security platforms
- IT Support - Provide IT assistance and support (L1 & L2) to end users (desktops, laptops, printers, video conference support system and applications, support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems
- Vendor Management - Manage vendor partnerships for infrastructure or processes including service level agreements, deliverables, and etc
- Strategy and planning - participate in the infrastructure strategy for future infrastructure needs, work on the resourcing strategy for projects and change requests and work on new initiatives
- Review of infrastructure & network and perform upgrades and deployments of software, network and hardware
- Asset Management - Maintain & manage the IT related assets.
- Customer Management - Manage users\' perception and expectations. Be customer focus and provide high level of service delivery and support.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in end-user support, system and network administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- IT knowledge of Microsoft Windows and VMware
- Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting PC and server hardware knowledge and Network Security and VMWare
- 5 Day Work week
- Working location : Central
- Working Hours: 8.30am till 5.30pm
- AWS & Bonus
- IT: 5 years (Required)
