What this job involves:



As a Site Lead at JLL, you will lead comprehensive site operations while managing complex office transitions and relocations to ensure seamless business continuity and operational excellence across your designated facility. This strategic leadership role combines project management expertise with day-to-day site oversight, requiring you to coordinate end-to-end office relocations, workplace transition planning, and post-occupancy support while supervising facilities teams including reception, janitorial, and maintenance staff. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional workplace experiences by developing site-specific policies and procedures, managing vendor relationships, implementing sustainability initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational practices with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Lead end-to-end coordination of major office relocation projects ensuring smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption through timeline, budget, and vendor management

Oversee workplace transition planning including space optimization and infrastructure readiness while managing logistics planning and space allocation with business units

Supervise facilities teams including reception, janitorial, and maintenance staff while ensuring efficient daily operations and high service standards

Develop and implement site-specific policies, procedures, and operational protocols in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements

Manage Day 2 post-occupancy requests ensuring quick turnaround and business continuity while conducting regular space inspections and FMS updates

Maintain strong vendor relationships through contract negotiations and service quality assurance for cleaning, maintenance, and security services

Partner with other site leads and central facilities teams to align on best practices, resource sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Prepare detailed reports on site operations, project status, and performance metrics while actively participating in internal and client-facing meetings



Required Qualifications:



Experience in site management or facilities leadership with proven track record in office relocations and workplace transitions

Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate complex logistics and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Leadership experience supervising facilities teams including reception, janitorial, and maintenance staff

Knowledge of site operations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in corporate environments

Vendor management experience with contract negotiation and service quality oversight capabilities

Proficiency in Facility Management Systems (FMS) and space management tracking systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for internal and client-facing interactions

Understanding of building management operations and common area maintenance coordination



Preferred Qualifications:



Background in Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) operations and occupancy planning

Experience with Permit to Work (PTW) processing and corrigo request management

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and preventive maintenance coordination

Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance in site operations

Understanding of mailroom operations and administrative support functions

Experience with cross-site collaboration and resource sharing initiatives

Background in performance monitoring and metrics reporting for senior management

Knowledge of building safety protocols and workplace compliance requirements
