Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Communicate with the clients on after-sales service.
- Manage all site maintenance related issues, troubleshooting, providing technical assistance for the clients and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with the subcontractors in completion with the repair timetable.
- Conducting site acceptance tests, commissioning, providing support with the start-up low, medium voltages and variable speed drives.
- Carry out training for the client and users maximizing the functionality of the product.
- Providing insights into engineering and factory for creating new and improving the current products.
- Verify product application, controls, and documentation.
- Assist the quality issues and product warranty claims.
- Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable with Variable Speed Drives, Switchgear & Transformer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
