Support Construction Project Manager on subcontractors sourcing, issuing, work scope clarification, subcontractors evaluation & selection.

Liaising with any vendors, consultant, supervisors, subcontractors and the general workforce involved in the project.

Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Assist Construction Manager to monitor and manage the overall construction cost, including subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 progress billing, construction expenses and cost of variation order.
