Assist the project manager in all site activities. Oversee and coordinate all project operations on site, including project progress monitoring and environment & safety matters. Resolve site problems and ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the contractual period. Coordinate with clients by attending regular meetings. Prepare and review the risk assessment for the project. Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with the current WSHA. Assist in the testing and commissioning of civil, structural and architectural equipment. Ensure all work is completed following the Project Quality Plan. Ensure accountability of employees and sub-contractors. Participate in the resolution of HSE issues. * Communicate and report HSE issues/incidents.
