Assists PM in leading project team in planning and execution of day to day activities.
Manage, monitor and regulate schedule and quality performance of all sub-contractors.
Conduct regular site progress meetings with client and consultant.
Ensure project is completed within specific time, budget, quality, environment and safety.
Job Requirements:
Min. 5 years of project management experience in the built environment is required.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Possess good leadership qualities.
