Job Description

Report to the Project Manager and/or Asst. Project Manager. Overall in charge of site coordination. Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations. Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project. Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site. Maintain site access throughout the construction period. Control and monitor work progress and resources. Monitor and control material wastage. In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings. Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination,
and documentation.


Ensure timely completion and good quality of works. Monitor Project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) or LTA project. At least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email Excellent project control and people management skills. * Good interpersonal and communication skills
