Job Description

- Position Title: Site Manager
- Working Location: Waterloo (Near Bugis Junction)
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon to Sat 10am-7pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $5,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Oversee daily operations.
- Manage and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Supervise and support the production team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain material availability.
- Implement and uphold operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during production.
- Liaise with management to report on site performance and progress.
- 2 years of experience as a Site Manager preferably in carpentry/Interior Design industry.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
