JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Nursing
• With at least 2 years of experience in a construction setup is an advantage
• With valid OHNAP and BLS training certificate
• Willing to be assigned either in Mabini, Batangas or San Ildefonso, Bulacan

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Promote and maintain the health of workers; identifying hazards in the workplace and preventing hazardous exposures on the job.

• Ensure safe standards within the workplace to prevent injury.
• Respond to job-related emergencies and provide on-site treatment to sick or injured workers.
• Coordinate health care services for injured workers and counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitate effective communication between injured workers and management.
• Interpret and document a worker's medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests.
• Ensure safety standards are met and identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.
• Manage medical records, create emergency workplace preparedness plans, and evaluate health care delivery systems.
• Identify, track, and control infectious outbreaks in the site area and develop programs for outbreak prevention.
• Maintain medical supply inventories, and manage resources to ensure high-quality care.
• Promote strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
