Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to company\xe2\x80\x99s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
- Monitor & co-ordinate the works with supervisors
- Handling of technical and engineering problems
- Assist in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress
- Oversee the implementation of construction works and be responsible for coordinating
- Supervise subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 works to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project
- Prepare and update all site reports and monitor progress of project
- Liaison with client\'s representative, relevant authorities and consultants
- Comply with company\'s ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards\xef\xbb\xbf
- Plan, supervise and control project operations including cost re-estimates, manpower planning, and work schedule.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in construction industry is an advantage
- Exposure in Interior and Building Construction is an advantage.
- Be control and monitor works in a construction site of vast scale
