• Location: Central or North Area
• Salary: $ 4.8- $ 6K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

• Diploma / Degree in Building / Architectural or Mechanical/ Electrical from a recognized institution
• Min 4 years of Singapore Construction site experience and some LTA/ MRT Project Site Experience.
• Must have Knowledge in Singapore Construction Codes and Regulations
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
• Familiar with Singapore BCA Safety aspects in Construction industry

Responsibilities: NOTE: Only Singaporeans & Spore Permanent residents need to apply. \xe2\x80\x9d Strictly NO Quota\xe2\x80\x9dArchitectural:

• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project
• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
• Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

Mechanical / Electrical:

• Reporting to M&E Manager
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor\xe2\x80\x99s M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.
• Monitor drawing submissions, material submissions and assist site engineers and supervisors for M&E installations.
• Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Attending progress meeting with Client and consultants.
• Submitting M&E coordination shop drawings for approval.
• Resolving M&E technical issue.
