Drive the provisioning of secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS infrastructure through code, embracing Infrastructure as Code principles.Collaborate with teams across the organization to advocate for reliability and scalability best practices throughout the development lifecycle, setting an example for others to follow.Increase automation and develop tools to reduce manual intervention and eliminate toil, improving efficiency and effectiveness.Utilize metrics and traces to effectively observe systems, providing valuable data and insights for continuous improvement.Automate data-driven alerts to proactively identify and escalate issues, working with development teams to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and enhance reliability.Herexe2x80x99s how youxe2x80x99ll be making an impact:

• Scalable Infrastructure: Use your expertise to scale our SaaS architecture, ensuring it can support the needs of our growing user base and evolving business requirements.

• Reliability Improvement: Implement reliability best practices and develop SRE-managed services and tools to enhance the reliability of our systems, minimizing downtime and improving user experience.

Automation Enhancement: Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention, enabling teams to focus on high-value tasks and innovation.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage metrics and insights to make informed decisions, proactively addressing potential issues and continuously optimizing system performance.

Wexe2x80x99re looking for a teammate with:

• 3+ years of Total IT Experience

• You will work on and learn the following technologies:

• Experience with deploying and supporting a SaaS offering.

• Experience with deploying and supporting Kubernetes clusters in a public, scalable SaaS offering.

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a DevOps environment.

• Development experience (Golang / Python / bash / etc.).

• Experience with each of the following:

• Cloud Infrastructure (Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Azure / etc.)

• Bug tracking (JIRA / Bugzilla / YouTrack / etc.)

• Continuous Deployment (concourse / GitHub Actions / Spinnaker / etc.)

• Source control (github / gitlab / etc.)

• Familiar and comfortable with agile development techniques xe2x80x93 Scrum certified preferred.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects.

• Proactive and strong ability to learn new things with limited guidance.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• A curious attitude that is interested in knowing why things work the way they do and using that information to improve and enhance.
