Job Description
We are hiring for talented Site Reliability Engineer to deliver insights from our massive data, empowering our services high availability and stellar performance:
- Permanent opportunity with salary package up to $9,000 + AWS + VB
- 5 days work week with flexible working arrangement (Work from home is allowed)
- Awesome working environment with a group of young and passionate colleagues
- Working location: Tanjong Pagar
- Troubleshoot production issue across services and levels of the stacks; completing root cause analysis (RCA) investigations.
- Make monitoring and alerting alert on symptoms and not on outages.
- Gather and analyze metrics from both systems and applications to assist in performance tuning or fault finding.
- Conduct performance tuning across levels of stack, infrastructure, kubernetes, databases and code.
- Min. Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent.
- Proven working experience with system administration (Ubuntu / Debian), container orchestration tools (Kubernetes), customizing dashboards in Grafana / Prometheus / CloudWatch
- Experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as NewRelic, DataDog, AWS X-ray
- Knowledge in Internet protocols and web services technologies such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/UDP, SOAP, JSON and REST
