Position Title: Site Supervisor

to oversee daily on-site activities, including system installations, maintenance, and coordination with stakeholders. While the office is based in

island-wide travel across project sites in Singapore

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project requirements. Conduct site surveys with stakeholders to assess and prepare for installations or maintenance. Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and safety regulations. Install, maintain, and support IT or security systems on-site, including testing and commissioning of equipment. Monitor and update IP configurations as required. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to company systems or products, working closely with internal teams to provide solutions. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and ensure proper filing of all project-related materials. Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. Work outdoors across varying site environments and weather conditions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Security Systems Integration. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil, electrical, or IT systems industry (fresh graduates with a good attitude are welcome to apply). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on-site. Having own transport is a mandatory for this position.

The role is open for Malaysians who are qualified for EP Pass

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $3,500.00 per month
