Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site.
Assist in the planning and deployment of manpower and resources to meet operational needs.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety policy.
Supervise performance of site workers.
Monitor work progress,identify and resolve ground issues when required.
Ensure availability of materials and equipment on-site to meet operational needs.
Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
Collate and manage documentation related to workers such as attendance records, overtime application..etc.

Requirement

At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possession of Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSS) and BCA Coretrade Supervisor (Structural work) certification are mandatory.
Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Must be willing to work 6 days work week
