Company Overview:

quarrying of sand and clay

general contracting and building construction

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate

residential landed property projects

from

demolition to Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC)

, ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across all project stages. Liaise closely with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to workplace safety standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Identify and resolve project issues or potential risks promptly to prevent delays. Ensure compliance with

workplace safety and health regulations

throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree

in

Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture

, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in

property construction

, managing full project cycles from

demolition to CSC

. Strong understanding of

construction methods, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

. Excellent

coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
