Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a leading Japanese firm, specialising in Building Equipment and Construction. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Site Supervisor (M&E).The Responsibilities:
- Coordination and supervision of workers
- Provide schedule for workers
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
- Organising the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
- Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
- Keeping daily detailed records of construction site activities
- Able to read and understand layout plan
- Building Certificate including but not limited to: Building and Construction Authority (BCA )
- 2-5 years of experience in M&E construction environment is highly preferred
- Willing to work on Sites in outdoor environment
- Basic working knowledge in MS Word and Excel for status and reporting purpose
