Lead day-to-day site supervision for interior/commercial renovation projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site activities and subcontractors; enforce safety and housekeeping
Coordinate schedule, manpower, materials and deliveries with suppliers/vendors
Read drawings and method statements; guide trades (incl. basic carpentry works)
Perform quality checks, measurements and defect rectification; manage handover
Maintain site records: daily reports, photos, permits, inspection logs
Liaise with clients/ID/PMs for progress updates and site coordination
Requirements
Proven experience in
site supervision
for interior/fit-out/renovation projects
Able to coordinate suppliers/subcons and "run the site" independently
Working knowledge of
carpentry
/joinery workflows and basic buildability
Able to read shop drawings; basic MS Office (Excel/Word) for reporting
Good communication and problem-solving; hands-on and reliable
Singapore site experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
