Site Supervisor
Job Description
1. Supervise, direct and instruct junior foreman and contractors by ensuring technical specifications and drawings given are compiled within time and quality standards.
2. Make regular site inspection to ensure specifications are met and safety regulations enforced.
3. Supervise sub-contractors and nominated sub-contractors progress and standard of work.
4. Make regular site inspections to identify non-conformances.
5. Communicate and co-ordinate between the site staff and sub-contractors.
6. Prepare and keep day work records.
7. Arrange for inspection, testing and handover.
