Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.
Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.
Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of civil work.
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.
Coordinate and liaise with all relevant parties.

Requirements:

Ability to grasp knowledge to drawings, specifications and requirements to ensure all works completed by workers.
Building Construction Supervisors Safety Certificate.
Minimum 5 working years in Civil Engineering works.
Willing to learn and work under pressure.
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
Excellent project skills.
