Job Description

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers to meet the project schedule while maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers ensuring that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
  

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experiences with Solar PV or EV charging will be advantageous
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• The ability to interpret single-line diagrams and building construction drawings
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
